Job Description Job Description EXPERIENCED VETERINARY ULTRASOUND SONOGRAPHER (MOBILE) - Massachusetts (Cape Cod to Metrowest) Are you a registered abdominal sonographer with hands-on animal ultrasound experience looking for a flexible, meaningful opportunity? Pet Animal Ultrasound (PAUS) , now part of NAVIX Diagnostix , is seeking an experienced professional to join our mobile veterinary imaging team. This role is part-time or per diem , making it an excellent option for professionals seeking schedule flexibility while continuing to apply and strengthen their veterinary ultrasound expertise. Responsibilities Perform abdominal ultrasound examinations on small animals at veterinary hospitals and clinics. Travel to client locations across Cape Cod, Greater Boston, South Shore, and Metrowest areas. Work collaboratively with veterinarians and clinical teams to support accurate diagnostics and compassionate patient care. Apply established sonography skills confidently in a veterinary setting. Qualifications Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with Abdomen (AB) specialty (Required). Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program . Documented animal / veterinary ultrasound experience (Required) . Minimum 1–2 years of diagnostic ultrasound experience . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently. Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Cape Cod, Metrowest, and surrounding Massachusetts areas .
