Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Derry, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,249 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Travel RN PCU Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Progressive Care Unit Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 Years in a Hospital Setting License: Active Compact License Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Strong dysrhythmia recognition skills Critical drip experience 2 years PCU experience Description: Travel RN position available in a Progressive Care Unit. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting. An active Compact License is required for submission. BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary. The unit has 20 beds and is staffed by 5 registered nurses and 2 licensed nursing assistants. Patient ratios are 4:1. Typical equipment includes GE cardiac monitoring and Hospira IV pumps. Strong communication skills are essential. Candidates should be self-directed and confident. Positive attitude is crucial, even in challenging situations. Pre-post cardiac catheterization and pacer patient care experience are preferred. The role may require floating to Med Surg ICU for border patients and the Emergency Department for holds. Every other weekend or equivalent is required based on staffing needs. Dress attire should be professional scrubs.
