The selected candidate will be integral in providing critical care to pediatric patients, leveraging the latest in medical research and treatments. Provide comprehensive and emergency nursing care to pediatric patients. Assess patients' conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on health preservation and disease prevention. Assist in the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. Participate in research and continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Advanced pediatric assessment skills Proficiency in emergency response and resuscitation Ability to operate medical equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) preferred
