The LPN will play a critical role in delivering quality nursing care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RN) and physicians, addressing the daily needs of patients and supporting the operational efficiency of our healthcare services. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within the scope of their practice. Monitor and record patient conditions and report changes to registered nurses or doctors. Effectively communicate and collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate integrated patient care. Assist with patient preparation for surgery and manage follow-up and recovery. Guide patients and their families by teaching appropriate healthcare practices. Maintain patient confidentiality and records according to healthcare regulations and standards. Expertise in administering medications and immunizations. Proficient in using medical software for patient care management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle stress and perform efficiently in emergency situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Current LPN license in the state of employment. CPR certification is required.
