Key Responsibilities of the Travel Emergency Department Registered
Nurse: Provide immediate and high-quality care to patients
experiencing medical emergencies Assess, triage, and stabilize
patients with diverse and complex conditions Administer
medications, assist with procedures, and respond to critical
situations Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
to ensure optimal care outcomes Monitor and document patient status
accurately using EMR systems Operate and maintain emergency and
resuscitation equipment safely and efficiently Educate patients and
families on discharge instructions and follow-up care Requirements
of the Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse: Active RN
license (Massachusetts or compact state) BLS, ACLS, and PALS
certifications required Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency
Department RN experience in an acute care hospital Strong
