Scope: • Lead psychiatric programming, strategic planning, and
service integration across divisions while ensuring compliance with
state regulations • Oversee a small team of psychiatrists and
APRNs; provide consultation on complex cases and crisis services •
Manage psychiatric operations, staffing, budgets, and clinical
protocols • Represent the agency in state, healthcare system, and
community partnerships to enhance psychiatric services and

Qualifications: • BE/BC Psychiatrist; or DNP with extensive
behavioral health experience • Must live in or relocate to Central
