nurse-to-patient ratio on a 25-bed adaptive acuity unit; every
other weekend and holiday coverage as required; charge duties
required for all shifts Highlights: Adaptive acuity unit with Med
Surg/Tele focus and occasional Progressive Care Unit
responsibilities at 3:1 ratio Charge nurse role required for this
assignment – leadership opportunity on every shift Drip experience
utilized regularly as part of patient care responsibilities Float
to other inpatient units within scope of practice as needed 13-week
contract in a critical access facility setting Holiday pay at 1.25x
multiplier Requirements: Active Vermont RN license or Compact
license 2 years current Med Surg/Telemetry experience required
Charge nurse experience required – must be documented on profile
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience strongly required Drip
experience required ICU experience strongly preferred Minimum 3
months previous travel experience required Current AHA BLS and ACLS
certifications required Current Med Surg, Telemetry, and PCU skills
checklists (within 1 year) required One supervisory signed
reference from within the past two years required Reliable personal
