Job Description Company Description: Girl Fit Physical Therapy is a physical therapy private practice dedicated to the health and wellness of girls and women. We work with female athletes of all ages - from figure skaters and dancers to soccer and volleyball players and more! We provide physical therapy and injury prevention services. Our work environment is fun, positive, and supportive. We have five full-time physical therapists on staff and have two locations: in the Auburndale village of Newton, MA & in Framingham, MA near the Natick Mall. Job Description: Girl Fit Physical Therapy has opened a second location in Framingham, MA and is looking to expand our team! We provide physical therapy and wellness services including sports medicine, performing arts PT, orthopedics, post-op recovery, postpartum rehab, dry needling, cupping, Graston Technique, injury prevention workshops, and small group fitness classes. Starting schedule would be 12pm-8pm M-Th & 10am-6pm on Fridays during the school year, with flexible schedule during the summer and school holidays/vacations. Job duties: Provide high quality, evidenced-based, one on one physical therapy care to girls & women of all ages in orthopedic and sports medicine setting Participate in weekly PT team meetings, which includes reviewing current research, practicing treatment techniques, discussing tough cases, and more Opportunity to participate in mentorship program in sports medicine, performing arts, orthopedics, and/or postpartum rehab Minimum requirements: Excellent interpersonal skills & professionalism Clinical experience in outpatient ortho or sports med setting Strong desire to learn and work in a collaborative environment
