conducting psychological assessments, evaluations, and
consultations, which include psycho-diagnostic testing and clinical
consultations. They may also oversee post-doctoral clinicians and
trainees, engage in case reviews, and assist with utilization
management. Accurate documentation of all services rendered is
essential. Primary Responsibilities: Comply with ethical and legal
standards, including HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
Perform clinical interviews, assessments, and psychological
testing. Document and interpret assessment results; communicate
findings to clients, families, and clinical teams. Provide clinical
supervision and implement evidence-based treatment approaches.
Collaborate with medical professionals and community organizations
for patient care. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of
client interactions in electronic medical records. Stay informed
about industry developments and participate in required training
sessions. Assist with crisis intervention and support office
operations as necessary. Required Qualifications: Doctoral degree
in psychology with relevant state licensure. Familiarity with
medical terminology and clinical pharmacology. Strong communication
skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in high-pressure
situations. Capability to provide telehealth services. A commitment
to thoroughness in a fast-paced environment, with a keen attention
to detail and organizational skills. Preferred experience working
with patients experiencing anxiety and depression. Prior experience
in outpatient therapy is advantageous. Ability to mentor and coach
fellow employees. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a focus on
building rapport and active listening. Excellent teamwork and
telehealth capabilities. Experience in anxiety, depression,
outpatient therapy, and supervision is preferred. Benefits of
