Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in Geriatric Psychiatry
and/or Medical-Surgical nursing Strong behavioral health nursing
judgment and crisis intervention skills Ability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Flexibility
to float between units based on patient needs Certifications: BLS
(Basic Life Support) required CPI/AVADE not required but beneficial
