Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont. Job
Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry
Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12
hours, nights Employment Type: Travel MED SURG (ACUTE REHAB) May be
asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse Coordinates total nursing
care for patients Participates in patient and family teaching
Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing
and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for
professional nursing practice in the clinical setting EMR: Cerner
Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5 Average daily patient census: 22
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be
noted and verified upon applying. Must reside beyond 50 mi radius
No block scheduling available 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab
experience - Required May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Previous Travel (at least 3 months) -
Required BSN preferred Must have own vehicle Certification
