Job Description:

We are looking for a Full Time (30 hours a week) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a high-paying, flexible position doing skilled nursing visits to adult and geriatric patients in a Day Habilitation setting. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:30am-2:30pm. Day Habilitation services are therapeutic day services offered to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Their condition makes it challenging for participants to live in the community. The Licensed Practical Nurse will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and provides general nursing care to individuals in the Day Habilitation Program. The LPN will assist in coordination of the medical services of each recipient's primary care physician and/or medical clinic. The pay and benefits are generous for this Licensed Practical Nurse Position. We will accept LPN's with any experience in any setting including new grads!
