Compensationand Benefits: $385,000 - $425,000 plus sign-on and relocation bonuses negotiable. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision,and retirement plans. Generous paid time off and CME allowances. Malpracticeinsurance coverage. Roleand Responsibilities:

• Performa variety of general surgical procedures, including but not limited togastrointestinal, hernia, and soft tissue surgeries.
• Provideboth elective and emergency surgical care to patients.
• Participatein a 1:4 call schedule, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.
• Collaboratewith a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Engagein continuous professional development and contribute to the education ofmedical staff and residents. Requirements:
  • MDor DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completionof a General Surgery residency program.
  • BoardCertified/Board Eligible in General Surgery.
  • Newgraduates are welcome to apply; experience is preferred but not mandatory.
