About the RoleTenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts.Job SummaryAs a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to adult patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial psychological assessments and develop treatment plans for adult patients
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients, focusing on treatment goals and therapeutic techniques
• Collaborate with other unit staff to assess and evaluate patient mental status, and participate in crisis intervention techniques
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Provide support and education to family members and significant others regarding patient statusRequirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
