Our cardiac catheterization lab has recently received the American Heart Association Gold Plus award for STEMI care, meaning that our highly trained medical team consistently opens blocked arteries in heart attack patients in under 90 minutes, which is the gold standard of care.
MetroWest Medical Center for Heart and Vascular Services include:
Percutaneous coronary interventions, Angiography (Coronary Arteriography, Fractional flow reserve (FFR), and Intravascular ultrasound.
The Registered Nurse provides direct clinical patient care. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. Responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. Accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Education
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. BSN preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Required
Current RN licensure in State of Massachusetts. Certificate in specialty recommended. American Heart Association (BLS and ACLS) Certification
Knowledge and Skills
RN Cardiac Cath Lab experienced preferred. Will consider RN Medical Surgical, Specialty or Critical Care experience
