Job Description:

Summary
Assists nursing service personnel with a variety of patient care
activities and related services necessary in caring for the
personal needs and comfort of patients.
Assists with personal hygiene, takes vital signs and changes bed
linens.
May serve and collect food trays, provide for between-meal
nourishment, and clean, sterilize, store and prepare other
supplies.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
within a particular field.
Responsibilities
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform
the functions of the job.
Works under immediate supervision.
Typically reports to a registered nurse or supervisor.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A high school diploma, GED or equivalent
Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification issued by the
Commonwealth of MA or nursing student who has completed their first
clinical rotation in nursing school or graduate from a nursing
assistant program with 2 years' relevant experience in an acute
care setting
Minimum one year experience working in a health care setting-an
acute care setting
Valid CPR Certification required from the American Heart
Association2205027882
