Job Description:

The individual in this position assists the DCQI in the operations
of the hospitals Quality / Performance improvement program.
Supports quality and process improvement efforts identified in the
hospital.
Responsible for data tracking/collection and trending.
Coordinates, assists and advises on a variety of meetings,
seminars, services and/or programs related to the overall Quality /
Performance Improvement program.
Coordinates hospital wide performance improvement activities under
the direction of the DCQI. Responsibilities
This individuals responsibilities include the following activities:
Coordinating integration and management of the Quality /
Performance Improvement Program with the guidance of the DCQI to
meet regulatory requirements including Joint Commission and state
statutes, to identify performance improvement opportunities so as
to enhance the organizations outcomes.
Carries out assignments as delegated by the DCQI, coordinates
reports, correspondence and information as needed.
Collaborates with the department directors to compile and generate
reports for the purpose of analysis and interpretation for the
Quality / Performance Improvement department / Committee.
Other duties as assigned. Onboarding Process: Please be advised

Required: Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with Bachelors degree
or higher in a patient care related field. Experience
Required: 3 years experience in QA/PI Certifications
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified or registered to
practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of
practice or policy.
Preferred: CPHQ or other certification in Healthcare Quality
