We are now hiring for Patient Access Representatives and have Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Flex positions available to work onsite at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, MA. What is a Patient Access Representative? Patient Access Representatives play a critical role in every patient experience and are essential in providing help, comfort, support, and information. Duties and Responsibilities: * Provide great service* Conduct patient intake interviews* Input patient information into database* Manage concerns and fears We truly value our people and are as committed to your future as you are.
