Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced sales professional to drive revenue across our North American markets. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, results-driven, and skilled at managing opportunities at various stages of the sales process.Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and solicit sales opportunities to generate revenue and value for Zipcar.
• Conduct outbound calls/emails and respond to inbound leads.
• Engage in consultative selling to present Zipcar services.
• Customize proposals to meet prospect needs and budgets.
• Negotiate with all organizational levels.
• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company goals and KPIs.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs and create detailed proposals.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop transportation solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with other sales managers on projects.
• Draft and finalize contracts and perform revenue forecasting and ROI analysis.Success factors:
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and contract management.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, adaptable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with all organizational levels.
  • Patience, empathy, problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Financial analysis skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience managing small teams; familiarity with car sharing beneficial.
  • Experience with RFP responses, Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Navigator preferred.Additional benefits:
