Our patient-first philosophy guides everything that we do to fulfill our vision and mission.Basic Function and Scope of Responsibility: - Eurofins Transplant Genomics is searching for a Product Marketing Manager for a portfolio of novel genetic biomarkers that help inform transplant patient management. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the product marketing manager is responsible for all the physician-focused marketing deliverables associated with a specific Transplant Genomics product portfolio. The Product Marketing Manager takes primary responsibility for physician-focused upstream and downstream marketing activities, including market research, targeting and positioning, marketing communications, event management, and -content generation - leveraging a multichannel approach to drive physician engagement. The Product Marketing Manager will drive the Company's efforts to bring personalized diagnostics to transplant patients worldwide and to achieve the Company's revenue goals.Essential Job Duties:

  • Manages all aspects of product marketing, including product development; product launches; targeting and positioning; sales training, aids, and support; competitive analysis; life cycle analysis; and marketing communications
  • Develops and executes marketing strategies and tactics for the specific Transplant Genomics product portfolio to achieve organizational objectives within budget and on time
  • Conducts market and customer research for new market and product requirements, collaborating with research and development and medical affairs to drive product development and clinical studies
  • Manages the marketing communications deliverables for their product portfolio via sales aids, public relations, websites, email marketing, whitepapers, and social media channels
  • Owns the coordination of all physician-focused conferences, webinars, and other educational opportunities
  • Promote the scientific leadership of Transplant Genomics and affiliated researchers by identifying and highlighting published studies with the assistance of the Medical Affairs team
  • Assists the Medical Affairs and Transplant Care teams to collaborate with customers to publish research at conferences that support the marketing message and strategies of the company's products
  • Monitors, researches, and develops written reports on industry trends, client/patient needs, product performance data and competitive opportunities; provides insights, recommendations and strategy to support the Company's distinctive competence and unique advantages
  • Constructs and manages budget and expenses related to plans, programs and campaigns including analysis and reporting for management
  • As part of the Marketing team, routinely works with Sales on all physician-focused campaigns
  • Promotes and reinforces effective communication with medical advisors and key opinion leaders
  • Translates complex scientific and technical messages into clear and concise marketing messages
  • Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities including revenue and margin targets for products and programs. Leverage CRM reporting and management tools
  • Other duties as assignedQualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or a combination of equivalent education and experience
    • 3+ years marketing experience in transplantation, molecular diagnostics, or similar life science / biotechnology field
    • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation, and digital marketing tools
    • Willing to travel up to 30%
    • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipThe Ideal Candidate Would Possess

        • Ability to speak and hear well enough to communicate clearly and understandably with sufficient volume to ensure an accurate exchange of information in normal conversational distance, over the telephone, and in a group setting
        • Ability to continuously operate a personal computer for extended periods of time (4 or more hours)
        • Mental acuity sufficient to collect and interpret data, evaluate, reason, define problems, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, make valid judgments and decisions
