3 days per week in Framingham Office/ 2 days remote

We utilize online merchandising and campaigns executed by both humans and automated tools to convert new and returning website visitors into customers. Our team also ensures that our mobile and desktop websites and apps are easy to use, delivering the digital experience that our customers expect. At the same time, our teams focus on building and executing a strong innovation pipeline for the future. We work end-to-end with our sales, merchandising, finance, logistics and technology teams to provide a world-class, holistic digital experience, growing profitable results in a fun and rewarding work environment. The Brand team is powering the greatest assortment transformation in our company's history and we need your energy and enthusiasm to change the way the world works.What you'll be doing:As the Senior Manager, Brand Management you are at the intersection of marketing and new product development and are responsible for connecting the customer and product experience. You will work with business teams to research our customers, shape opportunities, and deliver a product brand experience they cannot get anywhere else. You will manage internal and external design resources to deliver new packaging and product experiences. As the Brand Strategist, you will:

  • Bring an expert-level fluency across strategic planning functions such as brand strategy, creative strategy, product marketing, innovation, content strategy, or digital strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand health, consumer personas, mindsets, attitudes, values and behaviors across our brands audiences and products
  • Integrate customer insights and relevant brand trends into our brand strategy and creative output
  • Influence and inspire the creative process by working well with creative teamsAs the leader of Brand Governance, you will:
    • Support the brand architecture and maintain brand standards for assigned brands.
    • Support the creative briefing process for all design projects, ensuring that design deliverables meet requirements and objectives of each creative brief.
    • Kickoff all creative requests related to product packaging and marketing, attending reviews to ensure creative remains on brand.
    • Ensure creative work [product, package, marketing] reflects the design principle and effectively aligns with the brand personality. As the owner of the Innovation and Insights process, you will:
      • Lead findings that create actionable audience, market or white space opportunities that make significant business impact.
      • Deliver a continuous flow of new products backed by customer insights that drive customer loyalty and EBITDA.
      • Partner with business leaders to drive innovation programs by gaining an understanding of their business and aligning on opportunities.
      • Manage the customer insights investment including budget and on-going pipeline of research projectsWhat you bring to the table:
        • Developing new insights; questioning conventional approaches; encouraging new ideas; designing and implementing new solutions.
        • Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals
        • Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
        • Seeing ahead to future possibilities and translating them into breakthrough strategies. Implementing plans consistent with the long-term interests of the organization in a changing environment
        • Using own understanding of competitors' offerings, market drivers and innovation trends to create and/or seize business opportunitiesQualifications:
          • Minimum 8 years creating products and brands
          • Minimum 2 years managing a product brand
          • Masters Degree in business, marketing, or other relevant degree
          • Fluency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
          • Seasoned brand manager with experience developing and managing multiple multimillion-dollar brands
