Bose Technology Services is seeking a driven Senior IT Operations
Manager to lead our team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead
and build a team of very hardworking leaders and engineers. Digital
Technology Infrastructure Operations supports the complete global
IT stack of products and services that support our end user's
needs. The team includes a Technology Operations Center leading the
infrastructure stack, a monitoring & incident response team, and
DevOps teams delivering lifecycle management and enhancements

Bose.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver a committed and
adaptable customer services experience by understanding business
priorities and architecting, developing and delivering innovative
solutions in support of growth, competitive advantage, and
scalability.Accountable for implementing and maintaining the
long-term vision and strategy to ensure that physical and digital
information assets and technologies are sustained and remain
operationally resilient to support critical business
functions.Provide senior leadership to global agile teams
responsible for critical services, deployment and operational
support for the Bose global technology landscape.Establish
relationships with key customers using outstanding listening,
communication (written and spoken), data storytelling and
presentation skills with an ability to gain consensus, influence
and establish rapport with partners of diverse cultures and levels
of expertise.Be a change agent who excels at leading change, is
organized, detailed, and able to grasp and apply new concepts
quickly and relay/implement within the team.Requirementsproven
experience delivering customer services experiences and innovative
solutions in complex technical environments.10 years' experience
managing high performing IT teamsBachelor's degree in computer
science or related field or demonstrated relevant
experience.demonstrated ability to implement a long-term vision and
strategy to ensure that physical and digital technologies are
sustained and remain operationally resilient to support critical
business functions.senior leadership experience for global teams
responsible for critical services, deployment, and operational
support for a global technology landscape.Proven capability with
establishing relationships with key customers with an ability to
gain consensus, influence and establish rapport with partners of
diverse cultures and levels of expertise.Outstanding listening,

presentation skills.Is a change agent who excels at leading change,
is organized, detailed, and able to grasp and apply new concepts,
and quickly implement within the team.Partner with the Resiliency
Management Office and Global Cyber Security to drive cyber
operations improvements by aligning infrastructure operations tools
and processes with the Security Operations Center to meet all
Security, Resiliency, and Compliance requirements (GRC, PCI, TISAX,
etc.)Stay up to date on relevant technologies, plug into user
groups, and ensure we are using the best techniques and toolsWhat
