We leverage the best and brightest leaders and technical talent to build systems, reengineer business processes, generate value and drive competitive advantage.Candidate ProfileThe Program Lead - P1 Reduction is a role requiring project management leadership to drive organizational focus and timely deliverables of the Critical P1 Reduction Technology Task Force.The Program Lead - P1 Reduction is a key leader of the CIO Digital Technology organization, to help develop and implement strategies aimed at managing projects and impl--mentation timeline and manage intelligent project controls that deliver directly to the Operation Excellence metrics. The ideal candidate's experience includes the ability to mentor, develop methods and procedures as well as build a high performance matrixed organization.It is expected that the candidate will lead across the senior leadership of the Sanofi Digital Organization as well as Corporate Functions, Industrial Affairs manufacturing, supply chain and business stakeholders to review, manage and drive critical projects under the Critical Task Force Program.Role DescriptionSanofi has a need for a strong leader with network, program mgmt. and transversal ability to collaborate and bring together a matrixed team across the enterprise to:

• Drive down the number of critical P1 incidents 50% year over year
• Identify and put a plan of mitigation of the causes of P1s
• Drive ITIL and ITSM best industry practices to reduce change management issues
• Lead problem management prioritization and root cause analysis trends to solve business impacting problems
• Collaborate with Program Leadership to deploy agile methods for critical task force projects
• Assemble an accurate Change Management Database (CMDB) by working across the enterprise and across manufacturing sites.
• Direct Project leaders and designers in efficiently obtaining downtime windows, performing upgrades, and running validation scripts.
• Lead the effort to assemble an ITSM database of all network devices and their current OS levels new threats and prioritize efforts against the highest risk network devices in obsolescence.
• Create and manage project plans, dependencies, issues, and risk mitigation.
• Build relationships across the enterprise and communicate clearly to address issues and deliver objectives.Areas of Expertise

  • Network Risk Assessment Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field preferred.
    • Project Management Certification, current or in the past.
    • ITIL Processes / ITSM knowledge and practical application.
    • Ability to translate technical and business requirements for real world change working across the company and with vendors.
    • Demonstrated experience in the management and/or design principles and implementation and operations for global networks spanning multi national corporations.
    • Detailed understanding of sourcing, contracts and vendor relations, with international presence and impact and integration to infrastructure and network operations.
    • Solid understanding of compliance requirements, SLAs and agreements.
    • Strong analytics skills with equal ability to organize and present findings to all levels of leadership
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional groups
    • Minimum of 15 years' experience in network and operations management. At least 10 years in leading large scale complex programs and operations and efforts
