will...Manage the implementation of the agency strategic Diversity,
Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) plan. Manages the Affirmative Action
(AA) plan, including developing and managing affirmative
action/equal opportunity programs, preparing quarterly and annual
affirmative action reports.Reviews HR policies, practices, and
programs, including those related to recruitment, hiring,
onboarding, coaching, mentoring, performance management, retention
to ensure equity.Ensures that complaints of sexual
harassment/discrimination are investigated in a timely manner
Provides guidance and direction to departmental managers and
supervisors Facilitates and designs DEI trainings and partners with
HR and the DEI Steering Committee for future/ongoing learning
needs.Coordinates the collection and analysis of quantitative and
qualitative data to inform DEI effortsWe're excited about you
because you will have...At least four (4) years' progressively
responsible experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs
and strategies.Comprehensive knowledge of the history of racism in
the U.S and its ongoing legacy.Demonstrated experience in advancing
racial equity in an organization.Extensive working knowledge of all
federal and state employment laws, including EEO/AA laws,
regulations, and policies.Outstanding interpersonal skills and the
ability to build relationships with staff and external partners.BA
required, with a preference on DEI certifications Exceptional
writing skills, with an ability to draft clear, accurate and
thorough report writing.Understanding and experience using standard
methodology for interviews, findings, conclusions, and
recommendations.Proven record of success in project management,
with a particular focus on establishment of quality standards,
results tracking, and evaluating outcomes.Visionary leadership to
capitalize on opportunities, identify challenges, and develop the
resources to meet those challenges.Excellent interpersonal skills;
proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
