Position Summary: The Senior EH&S Manager provides leadership, direction, development, and continuous improvement of the DPS safety culture through verbal and written communication. Responsible for frequent safety visits to job sites/client facilities, develops and conducts EH&S training programs, and provides safety coaching and mentoring to the department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: --- Act as a technical resource for construction management group. --- Manage the EH&S Department/Group. --- Provide safety support for construction management projects as needed. --- Review safety inspections and safety observations generated by field personnel and provide coaching to ensure continuous improvement. --- Develop and conduct EH&S training. --- Maintain client-required software enrollments, i.e.: ISNetworld, Avetta, ConstructSecure, and Achilles. Education/Experience: Master's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Ability: Read, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical construction documents. Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers and clients. Develop content for presentations and articles for publication. Software Skills: Procore, Deltek, ConstructSecure, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Certificates and Licenses: CSP, OSHA 500 Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage all EHS personnel activities, schedules, and work product.
