Job Description:
Job Title: Calibration Technician III Location: Marlborough, MA
01752 Duration: 6 months contract on W2 with Possible temp to hire
for right individual and if budget allows) Pay Rate: $29.34/Hour on
W2 Job Description: /Job Purpose: Tests, calibrates, adjusts, and
maintains electromechanical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydro
mechanical, and pressure-type measuring and indicating instruments.
Sets up calibration sequences, methods and procedures according to
detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, and requirements.
Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process
or other control procedures. Key Responsibilities: Identify and
utilize appropriate measurement procedures. Perform corrective
actions to address identified measurement issues. Adapt equipment,
standards, and procedures to accomplish unique measurements.
Maintain calibration standards. Ensures the calibration laboratory
is maintained. Interfaces with the customer to determine support
requirements. Complete all assigned tasks in accordance with all
required procedures, applicable regulatory requirements and quality
requirements. Generate Calibration Investigation Forms (CIF) to
monitor the quality of calibration equipment. Evaluate new
calibration methods and procedures. Quality Systems Duties and
Responsibilities: • Build Quality into all aspects of their work by
maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Qualifications:
• AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline and
3 years of related experience. Job Product and Leveling Guidelines:
Functional Knowledge: · Applies solid knowledge of the job and
applies skills and knowledge in a range of
business/customer/technical processes, procedures and systems to
perform a range of activities and work assignments
