Job Description:
My client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and
improve technology projects and manufacturing processes. This role
requires hands-on problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and
the ability to work cross-functionally to drive product quality and
efficiency. Client Details My client is a recognized leader in the

and innovation. Description Reporting into the VP of Engineering,
you will be responsible for the following: Develop, optimize, and
maintain manufacturing processes. Support day-to-day production
activities, including troubleshooting technical issues on the
production floor. Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and test
equipment to improve efficiency, repeatability, and safety.
Collaborate with Design Engineering during product development to
ensure manufacturability (DFM) and smooth transition to production.
Create and maintain process documentation, including work
instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process
flow diagrams. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including
lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Train production
staff on new processes and equipment. Interface with Quality to
ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality standards.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action
(CAPA) efforts for product or process non-conformances. Profile A
successful Manufacturing Engineer should have: Bachelor's degree in
and engineering discipline or equivalent relevant experience
working in a machine shop/factory. 3 years of experience in a
manufacturing engineering role. Strong understanding of electronics
manufacturing processes, including soldering (SMT and
through-hole), PCB assembly, and system integration. Proficiency
with CAD (e.g., SolidWorks) and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous
improvement methodologies. Excellent problem-solving,
communication, and organizational skills. Job Offer A competitive
salary of $90,000 - $110,000 USD per year, based on experience.
