An exciting opportunity is available for a paraprofessional to support preschool students in both general education and intensive needs settings at an elementary school in Hollis, NH. This part-time position offers approximately 26 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 2:50 PM, for the full semester ending June 17, 2026. Key responsibilities include supporting students in a preschool classroom environment, assisting with behavioral interventions, and adapting to classroom changes as needed. The role requires working closely with students with special education needs, providing behavioral support based on ABA principles or comparable training. Qualifications and experience: - High school diploma required - Prior behavioral-based experience in a school setting as a paraprofessional - ABA training or relevant experience preferred - Comfortable working with students in special education populations - Reliable transportation is essential - Ability to pass district fingerprinting and onboarding requirements - One completed reference must be submitted before candidate presentation - Flexibility to accommodate classroom rearrangements - Willingness to participate in a Zoom interview Work location: Hollis Primary School, Hollis, NH Contract duration: Starting ASAP through June 17, 2026 Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 2:50 PM (26 hours per week) Position openings: 1 This role is perfect for those passionate about making a difference in early childhood education and supporting diverse learner needs.
