Job Description:
A leading family oriented construction firm is seeking a
Superintendent for life science / healthcare projects throughout
Boston. Client Details Our client is a family-oriented construction
management firm based in Allston, MA, with over 100 employees and
annual revenue between $100M and $150M. With 80% of their work
coming from repeat clients, they are a trusted partner for
prominent institutions such as Mass General, Boston Children's
Hospital, and Boston University. Specializing in healthcare, life
science, and academic construction, they deliver projects ranging
from renovations to new builds, typically valued between $5M and
$35M. The company is deeply passionate about the work they do,
especially in environments like hospitals, where construction
impacts patients and staff. Known for their strong community
involvement, they support organizations such as The Jimmy Fund and
the Alzheimer's Association. Description Lead field operations,
including safety, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors.
Oversee all phases of construction, ensuring on-time, on-budget
delivery. Maintain client communication, especially with executives
in healthcare and life science organizations. Manage occupied
renovation projects with minimal disruption to the surrounding
environment. Conduct daily site walks to ensure safety, quality,
and compliance with project specifications. Profile Experience :
5-10 years leading construction projects in healthcare, life
sciences, or higher education. Project Types : Renovations and
buildouts valued at $5M-$35M. Certifications : CSL required. Skills
: Strong leadership, communication, and ability to work in occupied
spaces. Personality : Polished, professional, and empathetic to
sensitive environments. Location : Commutable to Boston. Job Offer
Salary: $120,000-$140,000 (higher for exceptional candidates).
Travel Allowance: $400/month. Benefits: 100% employer-paid health
