The Media Planner will play a pivotal role in the companies future, growing the Media Network by managing media programs and digital marketing campaigns for the company and our vendor partners.We are seeking a highly motivated individual with proven relationship building and collaboration skills who will act as a liaison between vendors and external agencies to activate media programs with flawless execution and closely monitor and present success metrics to internal and external stakeholders. As part of a cross-functional partnership team, you will work to project manage digital media campaigns: inclusive of building segments, forecasting, budgeting, and assisting in crafting insights based on media campaign performance. You will provide high level strategic and tactical support to partnership teams and vendors with effective communications, timely responses and proactive resolutions to potential issues. What you'll be doing:

  • Skilled in project management, with experience juggling multiple projects and delivering media campaigns from launch to completion
  • Manage and own key team documents to facilitate team organization ie. media program budget trackers, flowcharts, creative specs, reporting calendar, spend/revenue tracker, promotional calendar, etc. and take every opportunity to refine, optimize processes to work smarter and more efficiently
  • Opportunity to shadow/participate in 'new business' pitches to expand vendors ('clients') for the vendor media program
  • Provide clear and complete direction to cross-functional members and teams to design and kick-off the planning process
  • Work with Advertising Operations team to ensure media activation across multiple channels (offsite & onsite)
  • Comfortable with leading calls i.e., agency statuses, reporting/data read-outs, etc.
  • Support development of media campaigns alongside Media Manager (briefs, strategy development, vendor selection, budget management, etc.) to incorporate direction from all key stakeholders & deliver success on campaign KPIs.
  • Contribute and support agency partners to develop campaign reports/findings; ability to interpret and analyze data to optimize campaigns and develop an understanding of what the data means for the business/vendor, in conjunction with data analyst & media manager support
  • Promote cross functional collaboration within internal teams i.e., merchandising, marketing, media, inventory, promotional, etc. as well as a cross functional spirit between agencies
  • Manage all campaign details for assigned vendor campaigns, will include being day to day contact for vendor partners and multiple media agencies.What you bring to the table:You are someone with a growth mindset who truly thrives in a fast-paced environment, is naturally curious and stays current on the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem, digital marketing, and retail media landscape.     • 2-5 years of advertising/media or account management experience serving clients, agency experience preferred.
    • e-commerce, experience in a retail media network or with retail brands is a plus.
    • Knowledge and experience supporting digital media strategies including the planning, execution and measurement. Ideal candidates can communicate the business value of digital media and how it contributes to the ability to drive Supplier sales.
    • Candidates who would be successful in this role have strong process and organizational skills, work well in a face-paced team setting, and familiar with multiple digital media channels.
    • Must be relationship driven - building credible and trusting relationships in a dynamic environment with a broad range of colleagues, executive stakeholders & business partners (internal + external).
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with unique deliverables and timelines.
