Overview:
-The Digital Marketing Services Specialist position provides an excellent opportunity to learn about many of the top growth areas in digital marketing. This new hire will learn how to manage sponsorships on our media sites and newsletters as well as handle our sponsored email programs. The position will also handle ongoing customer support and campaign reporting for these brands. -In addition, the Digital Marketing Specialist will cross-train to support our STEP paid social media offerings on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Linkedin. This position will support campaigns built on behalf of our customers targeting our proprietary audiences on social media platforms. -The Digital Marketing Services Specialist will need exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. They will also need superior communication skills and the ability to work with external customers. This position will report to the Manager, Digital Marketing Services.

Responsibilities:
-Handle the placement of web banners for our media sites using Google Ads ManagerManage insertions of sponsored advertising in our email newsletters and work with the editorial team to ensure consistencyBuild and manage our sponsored emails across multiple media brandsManaging the email and banner schedule and calendars for our brandsBuild ad campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedInCommunicate and collaborate with our customers to implement and track all of these programsDeliver performance reports for all campaigns including longer term quarterly or annual performance reports to support the sales team

Qualifications:
-2+ years related experience with preference for working with external clients/customersExperience with Google Ads Manager and Marketing Cloud or similar solutionsExperience building ads in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and/or LinkedIn desired but not necessaryAptitude for creative problem solving with the customers' needs always top of mindAbility to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines - - -To support our commitment to provide a healthy and safe work environment -we require -all of our team members to have received the COVID-19 vaccine.
