Sakon is headquartered in Concord, MA with additional locations across North America, Europe, and India. We are looking to hire a scanning clerk to work in our Burlington, VT office. The successful candidate will be responsible for mail organization producing digital copies of documents. About the Role: Sort mail daily. Check PO Boxes at the post office as needed. Scan and upload documents electronically into the FTP server. Update the scanning report daily. Email vendor teams when vendor files are complete and CC: Invoice Mgmt Supervisor. Maintains confidentiality of the files and ensures they are properly stored. Skills and Experience: High School diploma or GED. Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
