One year contract, extended on a yearly basis, could be long

Job Description:
Maintain office condition and arrange necessary repairs and
maintenance
--- Schedule meetings and appointments, set up video
conferences
--- Organize office layout and order office stationery, supplies
and equipment
--- Liaise with facility management vendors (such as landlord's
property management, catering, cleaning, etc.)
--- Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
--- Coordinate shipping and mail services
--- Design and implement office policies by establishing standards
and procedures; measuring results against standards; making
necessary adjustments.
--- Assist in onboarding and off-boarding processes as needed ---
Assist in payment process as needed
--- Plan in-house or off-site activities
--- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.
Operation Projects
--- Manage current lease by taking a proactive approach by
anticipating lease renewals and terminations and all critical
dates, monthly rent payment, coordinating landlord approval of
alterations, completing estoppel certificates, and renewal business
license on time.
--- Team with Corporate Admin team to ensure construction and
leasing project milestone execution on schedule throughout project
life cycle. Monitor task activities to ensure timely completion of
project.
--- Develop cost estimate and identifies resources needed to
complete project activities, using project cost management
processes.
--- Consolidation of project data and interfaces with
cross-functional teams to ensure Business Units understanding of
trade-offs amongst cost, schedule, quality and risk.
--- Oversee conformance to lease requirements such as obtaining
landlord consent, negotiating restoration requirements and tracking
usage of Tenant Improvement dollars.
--- Maintain excellent relationships with internal customers,
senior management, legal, tax, risk management, landlords, vendors,
consultants, and outside brokers throughout the U.S.
--- Support the development and execution of office baseline
management plans. --- Support preparation of presentations for
Internal committee review
--- Other Ad-Hoc assignments
Individual has the majority, or all, of the following experience
levels:
--- College education preferred
--- 3+ years proven administration or facilities experience
--- Knowledge of facilities management system and procedures,
construction management, capital budget
--- Project management skills
--- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and
prioritize work
--- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
--- Strong organizational and planning skills
--- Proficiency in MS Office :
