Administrative Support Associate Ascend Indiana is a

way. The Position : Were looking for an Administrative Support
Associate to provide administrative and secretarial support to the
President & CEO, as well as support Ascends operations efforts
including office management, monthly reporting, board management,
and internal project implementation. The Administrative Support
Associate will: Collaborate with the President & CEO to ensure time
is dedicated to the Ascends core priorities. Support the day-to-day
operations of the organization. Support the onboarding and
engagement of Ascend team members. Support additional high-priority
projects and research. The Responsibilities: You coordinate the
planning, scheduling, and logistics of the CEOs meetings and
appointments in coordination with other key stakeholders. You will
prepare the CEO for all internal and external meetings including
talking points and biographies, ensuring that the relevant
materials are provided for review in advance. You plan and schedule
board and executive committee meetings, as well as support planning
for leadership team meetings and retreats, staff meetings and
retreats, and other internal meetings and events. You lead monthly
tracking and reporting for all Ascend staff, document, and share
with CICP. You monitor Ascend and CICP shared office and conference
spaces alongside CICP. You welcome new team members to Ascends
office space, systems, and processes, ensuring that they have the
technology and tools they need to be successful. The Requirements:
3.0+ cumulative GPA from either an undergraduate or graduate
institution. Organized and outcomes focused - a detail-oriented
self-starter who can be given a task, break it down into executable
activities, identify questions, set and manage to priorities, and
execute effectively. 1-2 years of applicable administrative

Indianapolis, Indiana and located at 16 Tech Innovation District.
Ascend is currently hybrid and in office on Mondays and Thursdays
each week. You will report to Ascends Director of Operations and
Talent. You can expect to work 40+ hours per week. You can expect
to spend approximately 15% of your time traveling across the state
for meetings and events. Our Benefits: 100% of your healthcare and
