Key Responsibilities: Process customer invoices and apply payments in a timely and accurate manner Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies or past-due balances Communicate directly with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment status Support month-end close processes and reporting related to receivables Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing and resolution of issues Maintain accurate records and documentation for all receivable transactions Ideal Candidate: 2 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP systems a plus) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment ZRCFS INJUN2025 LI-JK3
