As a Financial Analyst, you will build detailed operational budgets, forecasts, and partner with our internal leadership team to provide operating and financial analysis. You'll Get To:

• Partner with accounting, the FP&A team, and operational business partners to conceptualize, build, and operationalize robust financial forecasts, dashboards, and reporting
• Own development of assigned portions of the annual operating plan
• Develop sophisticated financial models in Excel and drive sustainable improvement around the reporting of financial data
• Identify, report, and monitor revenue / costs and identify business risks and opportunities associated with the plan
• Analyze and report on the Company's actual and forecasted cash usage to provide visibility and insights to the executive leadership team
• Produce accurate reporting which include metrics, financial results, and variance reporting using data from various systems
• Assist in the preparation of accurate reporting and forecasts
• Collaborate with and advise leadership on financial planning budgeting and results
• Optimally communicate and present financial matters to business partners and leadership
• Ad hoc projects and reporting as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Need:
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience with progressive responsibilities in finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance or equivalent experience
  • Collaborative teammate with strong organizational, communication and analytical skills, who can multi-task, be detail oriented, and have the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite required & sophisticated Excel skills preferred

      Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
      $70,399.00 - $85,970.00
