The Senior Tax Accountant - International Tax Group will report to the Manager of International Tax and will be responsible for US international tax compliance and tax related accounting.Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree - preferred area - Accounting, Finance, or related Business
• 3+ years of corporate income tax experience (for example Form 1120, C Corps)
• Experience with a multi-jurisdictional environment
  • Solid use of and experience with accounting principles
  • Excel expertise
  • Knowledge of the difficulties of tax requirementsPlus Skills
    • US international tax and other international tax compliance concepts experience
    • Use and understanding of leading accounting software (for example Onesource, Checkpoit or Oracle
      • Mentoring, reviewing, and training staff
      • Excellent organizational, written, and analytical skills
      • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
        • Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation is a plus, but not required
        • CPA license is a plus, but not requiredPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities
          • Assisting in the preparation of the year-end tax provision in accordance with ASC 740 and support with year-end close
          • Identifying and calculating book/tax differences
          • Researching income tax issues and monitoring changes in legislation to properly plan and respond to changes in corporate tax laws
            • Reconciling tax accounts
            • Responding to tax authorities when needed
            • Participating with process improvements and/or implementations
            • Multi task fast paced, deadline driven environment
              • Preparing US informational returns for foreign entities (Forms 5471 and 8858) to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with domestic tax law
              • Assisting in the calculation of GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, E&P and other international tax computations for US reporting
