Senior Financial Accountant - Framingham, MA We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Corporate Accounting Department as a Senior Financial Accountant. We are looking for a solid professional and a great teammate who can grow with us as we expand in the U.S. and abroad. Responsibilities: + Prepare journal entries and complex accruals to ensure accuracy of the General Ledger + Complete P variance analysis and commentary for management review + Issue expense reporting and analysis; meet monthly with non-Finance departments to review results + Analyze trends and partner with Finance teams to update forecasts + Prepare accurate and timely account reconciliations (including variance resolution) + Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency + Perform special projects as necessary Qualifications: + 3+ years of Accounting, Audit or related Finance experience + Self-starter, hard working, and highly motivated + Strong analytical, organization and time management skills + Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment and prioritize effectively + Excellent interpersonal skills with proven track record to build relationships + Advanced Excel skills, Oracle/ ERP experience a plus + Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus Discover Different at TJX means opportunity, teamwork, and career growth.
