Ready to Discover Different?Posting Notes: Framingham -- MASenior Financial AccountantWe are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Corporate Accounting Department as a Senior Financial Accountant. We are looking for a solid professional and a great teammate who can grow with us as we expand in the U.S. and abroad.Responsibilities:Prepare journal entries and complex accruals to ensure accuracy of the General LedgerComplete P&L variance analysis and commentary for management reviewIssue expense reporting and analysis; meet monthly with non-Finance departments to review resultsAnalyze trends and partner with Finance teams to update forecastsPrepare accurate and timely account reconciliations (including variance resolution)Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement and efficiencyPerform special projects as necessaryQualifications:3+ years of Accounting, Audit or related Finance experienceSelf-starter, hard working, and highly motivatedStrong analytical, organization and time management skillsAbility to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment and prioritize effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skills with proven track record to build relationshipsAdvanced Excel skills, Oracle/ ERP experience a plusBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plusCome Discover Different at TJX.
