Job Description* Maintain accurate statements and reconciliations* Manage and train exempt and hourly staff* Oversee cash management and AP process* Monthly revenue recognition* Accurate and timely preparation of forecast and budgets* Lead month end and quarter end close process including integrity of financial statements through accurate preparation of accruals* Strong in review process and understanding accounting transactions* Information producer for shared services center* Develop process and policies to insure compliant environment* Work with 3rd party payers* Cash management to insure proper payments to employees and vendors* Must be able to work with executive team, middle management and entry level employees* Ad hoc reports and projects as neededQualifications* AP experience* Strong decision -making skills* Hands on* Understanding of global companies and working with service centers* 4 - 6 years' experience working in a management role within a finance department* Understanding of global companies and working with service centersAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, located in Framingham, MA.
